本文对434名患者做了心室晚电位(VLP)检测，其中205例心血管病患者中，LVP阳性率为20.5％：229例非心血管病患者中，LVP阳性率为3.5％。在心血管病患者中，88例冠心病患者VLP阳性为37.5％，117例其它心血管病患者VLP阳性率为16.2％。对30例 VLP阳性心血管病患者，用刺五加进行治疗试验，结果表明刺五加能使VLP阳性转阴。
Abstract:
Ventricular late potential(VLP)was detected in 434 patients，there are 205 petients with cardiovascular diseases,and 229 with,non-cardiovascular diseases．It was found that the bositivc．ate of VLP was 20.5％in patients with cardiovascular diseases，, and 3.5％in patients with non-cardiovascular ais eases，respectively．In 88 cases of coronary heart diseases(CHD)，the positive rate of VLP was 37.5％．Thirty patients with cardiovascular diseases and positive VLP underwent trial treatment of Acanthopanx senticosvs．The results indicated that Acanthopanx senticosus is．effective in reducing the positive rate of VLP in patients with cardiovascular diseases．
