摘要:
本研究对30例三尖瓣返流患者同步进行了多普勒超声心动图和右心导管检查.应用计算机软件程序对三尖瓣返流频谱曲线进行微分处理。结果表明.两种技术测量的右室压力最大上升速率、右室心肌最大生理缩短速度、右室压力最大下降速率以及右室心肌松驰时问常数均高度相关(r分别为O.93,O.86,O.94,O,95).表明三尖瓣返流压差法能够无创性估测右室收缩和舒张功能.应用计算机软件程序能够使测量方法简便、准确。
Abstract:
Continuous—wave Doppler echocardiography(CWD) and right heart catheterlzatlon were performed simultaneously in 30 cases of tricuspid regurgitation(TR)for computerized quantita tive a nalysis of the right ventricular systolic and diastolic function.The maximal rate of pressure rise(dp/dtmax-D),the physiologic maximal velocity of myocardial shortening(Vpm-D),the maximal rate of pressure fall(-dp/dtmax-D)and the time constant of right ventricular relaxation(T-D)were calculated from the tricuspid regurgitation velocity profile analysed by computer technique.The dp/dtmax-c,Vpm-c,-dp/dtmax-c and T-C were simultaneously calculated from the right ventricular pressure curves derived by catheterization.The results showed that there were high correlations in dp/dtmax,V pm,-dp/dtmax and T measured by two techniques(r=0.93,0.86,0.94 and O.95,respectively).We conclude that Vpm can be used for quantitative analysis of right ventricular systolic function and T for right ventricular myocardial relaxation.The computer technique offers a new approach for measuring.Vpm and T from Doppler spectra of TR.
