摘要:: 冠脉造影24 h内记录50例疑冠心病患者和15例对照者的二维超声心动图，借助超声心动图图像分析系统计算左室节段面积变化率(△A％)。结果表明：①△A％定性、定位、定支诊断冠心病的敏感性分别为100％、84.85％及8.88％．特异性均为80.77％。②与左室射血分数和左室整体舒张功能比较．发现冠心病患者△A％改变最敏感(100％)，左室整体舒张功能次之(65.62％)，左室射血分数最差(43.21％)。③侧支循环的存在、冠脉左旋支和右冠脉供血的重叠及冠脉狭窄程度较轻是△A％定位和定支诊断失误的主要原因。对各部位△A％存在差别的可能原因，进行了分析。

Abstract:: Two-dimensional echocardiography of 50 suspected cases of coronary artery disease ((CAD)and 15 controls．was recorded in 24 h after coronary angiography，and the rate of alteration in the 1eft ventricular regional area(△A％)was analysed by a computerized analyser．The results indicated that①the sensitivity of △A％in the CAD diagnosis，the ischemic size and the positlon determlnation was 100％，87.88％and 84.85％,respectively；②it was found after comparison between the LVEF and the global left ventricular diastolic function that the changing of △A％was the most sensitive in CAD；and③collateral circulation，crossing perfusion of the LCX and RAD and the mild ischemia were the major causes for disagreement in the ischemic size and position.The possible reasons for differencc of△A％in different regions were analysed．
