- 用超速抑制刺激方式致健康犬不同心室起源部位的室性心动过速，通过记录左室和主动脉压力变化测得血流动力学的一系列指标进行研究，认为dp／dt
max 、-dp／dtmax 和左室松驰时间常数是反映室速发作时血流动力学变化的较好压力指标。
- Abstract:
- The mode of ventricular tachycardia was made in 15 mongrel dogs with overdrive suppression pacing．The hemodynamics indexes were investigated through recording the curves of left yentricular and aortic pressures．The results showed that dp／dt
max 、-dp／d／dtmax and T were the better hemodynamic indexes of ventricular tachycardia．
