摘要:
用心导纳微分环检测63例风心病患儿．其结果与正常对照组有差异。随心衰加重，C相、E相及总环面积、时限递减，O相面积及时限、X／C、O／C面积比值递增。图形上面积变化较时限直观，心导纳微分环的校正值表达稳定。动态观察对指导治疗、判断预后具有参考价值。
Abstract:
We tested cardiac admittance differential 100p(CADL)in 63 children with rheumatic heart disease.The results were different from the controls．C phase，E phase and general loop areas and durations were all decreased，whereas O phase area and duration，X／C．O／C area ratio were increased with advancing of heart failure．The figure shows that the changes in the area were more obvious thah those in duration．The correct values were stable．Dynamic observation of CADL has practical value to the treatment of the disease and judgement of prognosis．
