摘要:
本文采用心阻抗法测定了40名青年学生的心泵功能。分别用Kubicek公式和况氏非线性公式计算出每搏输出量、每分输出量和心指数,并进行了性别比较。结果显示,Kubieek公式计算SV无性别差异,而况氏非线性公式计算SV性别差异显著。两种方法比较,男性SV显示Kubicek法低于况氏法,而女性SV显示Kubicek法高于况氏法。这可能由于男女生的身高、颈围、胸围差异对计算的影响所致。
Abstract:
This paper reports the cardiac pumping function in 40 college students by impedance cardiography.The stroke volume(SV),cardiac output(CO),and cardiac index(CI)were separately calculated by Kubicek formula and Kuang’s non-linear formula and were compared between males and females.The results show that the SV by Kubicek formula has no difference,while a significant diffeence is found in the SV by Kuang’s non-linear formula.In comparison of the two methods.the SV by Kubicek formlula is lower than that by Kuang's non-linear formula in boy students,and the SV by Kubicek formula.is higher than that by Kuang’s non—linear fornmla in girl students.This may be explained by the difference in height,neck measurement,and bust of male and female students.
