摘要:
作者用玻璃微电极技术,研究了国产布吡卡因对豚鼠乳头状肌动作电位的影响。结果表明,布吡卡因在台氏液中浓度为5、10 pmol/L时,能明显降低动作电位幅度(APA)和O相最大除极速率(Vmax);布吡卡因10 umol/L尚能缩短动作电位时程(APD50,PD90、APD100),同时能相对延长有效不应期(ERP),使ERP/APD比值增大。在高K+慢反应中,该药10 umol/L能降低APA和Vmax,并缩短APD50、APD90。说明布毗卡因能明显抑制心肌细胞Na+内流,同时对慢通道Ca2+内流也有一定的阻滞作用。提示布吡卡因用量合适,可产生抗心律失常效应。
Abstract:
The effects of bupivacaine on action potential and slow response action potentials in guinea pig papillary muscle were investigated by microelectrode technique,The experiment showed that bupivacaine(10 umol/L)could shorten action potential duration(APD50,APD90,APD100),decrease the APA,Vmax and relatively prolong the effective refractory period(ERP).So ERP/APD became greater in guinea pig papillary.muscles.In slow response action potential,bupivacaine(10 umol/L)also reduced APA,Vmax and shorten APD50 and APD90.These results suggest that bupivacaine may inhibit the currents of Ca2+,Na+and have an antiarrhythmic effect.
