- 摘要:
- 作者将临床诊断冠心病的患者51例及对照组38例作高频心电图检测, 并用彩色多普勒超声心动图检测左室舒张功能指标A/E , 以了解两者的相关性。发现冠心病患者高频心电图的高频切迹数明显增多, 彩色超声心动图的A/E 较对照组增高, 差别有显著性意义, 且高频切迹数与A/E 存在明显的直线相关关系(r=0.78, P<0.01)。
- Abstract:
- In order to observe the correction between notchings of high frequency electrocardiogram and the A/E ratio of the mitral flow signal in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD),we studied 51 patients with CHD and 38 controls using of high frequency electrocardiography and Doppler echocardiography.The results showed that there was a good correlation betw een the A/E ratio of the mitral flow signal and the notchings of high frequency electrocardiogram (r= 0.78, P<0.01).
