摘要:
作者应用彩色多普勒超声心动图检测80例无心肌缺血的非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(NIDDM )患者和51例健康人左室功能和结构参数。结果如下: 与对照组比较, 各组NIDDM 患者均有舒张功能、左室结构参数异常, 收缩功能正常。血压正常组仅PVA/PVE、LVMI升高; 高血压组PVA/PVE、A/E、IVSTd、LVPWTd、LVMI 均明显升高, MEF降低; 临界高血压组左室舒张功能和结构参数变化介于上述两组之间。结果提示: 多普勒超声心动图检查有助于了解糖尿病病人左室功能异常, 高血压加重左室舒张功能异常。
Abstract:
The parameters of left ventricular(LV)functions and structures were measured by echocardiography with a pulsed Doppler in 80 non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM)patients without myocardial ischemia and 51 normal control subjects. The NIDDM patients were divided into 3 groups according to the diagnostic standards provided by WHO.The results showed that there were diastolic functional and structural abnormalities in all the diabeties, but their LV systolic functions were normal.PVA.PVE and LVMI were higher in the normotensive group than in the control group,PVA/PVE, A/E,LVMI,IVSTd and LVPWTd were the highest in the hypertensive roup,whereas MEF was the lowest. The alteration of parameters of LV diastolic functions and structures in the borderline hypertensive group were between the above 2 groups. This data indicate that echocardiography and pulsed Doppler can be used to detect the early diabetic heart disease Hypertension aggravates LV diastolic dysfunctions.
