作者取健康家兔17只, 分为两组, 分别吸入氧体积分数为5% (缺氧Ⅰ 组) 和10% (缺氧Ⅱ组)的氮氧混合气, 建立了急性缺氧动物模型, 用有创性心导管方法测定心室舒张功能, 研究缺氧对心室舒张功能的影响。结果显示, é 组和ê 组的心室舒张功能指标分别于缺氧40 min 和50 min 时, 比对照组显著下降;同时收缩功能也下降。本文结果表明, 无论是吸入体积分数较低(5%) 的氧或吸入体积分数相对较高(10% )的氧, 随着缺氧时间的延长, 心室舒张功能都下降。另外, 缺氧所致心室舒张功能障碍时还伴有收缩功能异常。
Abstract:
In recent years ventricular diastolic function has attracted increasing attention. The present study has made an an imalmodel of acute anoxia to investigate the effect of acute anoxia on diastolic function. The rabbits (n=17), separated into two groups, were ventilated with 5% oxygen (Group Ⅰ) and 10% oxygen (Group Ⅱ ). The results showed that the data of diastolic function were decreased significantly as compared to control (P < 0.05) in 40 min and 50 min. At the same time, the systolic function was also decreased significantly. The results suggested that animals ventilated both with 5% oxygen and with 10% oxygen might suffer from diastolic dysfunction in left ventricle if the anoxia was kept long enough, abnormal systolic function accompanied diastolic dysfunction.
