摘要:
为探讨脉冲波多普勒不同取样容积(SV) 对最大血流速度(Vmax) 测量的影响, 我们用内径5.0 mm 模拟血管和肝素化人全血, 分别以不同血泵流率和SV为1.5 mm , 5.0 mm 及10.0mm , 在仪器其它条件不变的情况下, 进行体外模拟脉动血流速度频谱实验。当流率为200 ml/min 至500 ml/min 时, SV为1.5 mm与SV为5.0 mm 和10.0mm 所测多普勒频谱的Vmax值间差异显著(P< 0.01) , 而SV为5.0mm 与SV为10.0 mmr测值间差异不显著(P>0.05)。提示在临床工作中, 根据所测血管内径, 尽可能增大SV长度,以减少通过时间效应所致频谱增宽, 更能准确获得血流速度信息。
Abstract:
To observe the influence of Doppler sample volume(SV)on the measurement of the peak b lood flow velocity(Vmax) , we used a blood pump with controllable pulsatile flow rate, mimic blood vessel of 5.0mm in diameter and heparinized human full blood to perform the simulation in vitro experiment.The SVs of 1.5mm , 5.0mm and 10.0mm were selected for the experiment.When the blood flow rate was between 200 and 500 ml/min and the instrument controls were at the same condition, there w as a significant difference between Vmax of SV 1.5mm and Vmax of SV 5.0 and 10.0mm (P<0.01) but there was no significant difference between Vmax of SV 5.0 and 10.0mm (P>0.05).The experiment indicated that to obtain accurate flow velocity measurement and decrease the influence of transit t ime effect in practice one should increase the SV to cover the blood vessel.
