作者测定分析100例急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者住院第3 d 的17导联心电图QT间期离散度(QTd) 及JT期离散度(JTd) , 并以100 例正常人作对照。结果表明: AMI组的QTd及JTd较正常组明显增大, 差异非常显著(P<0.01)。AMI泵功能级别(Killip 法) 与QTd及JTd呈正相关, 即泵功能级别愈高, 则QTd, JTd 值愈大(r分别为0.99 与0.95)。
Abstract:
The QT dispersion(QTd) and JT dispersion(JTd) on the third day of acute myocardial infarction(AMI)in the 17 leads electrocardiogram of 100 patients were measured and analysed, and compared with those of 100 normal individuals. The results indicated that the QTd and JTd in AMI group were more greater than those of normal group , the differences were significant (P<0.01).The severity of cardiac pumping function of AMI patients(according to Killip classification):Grade Ⅰ, grade Ⅱ, geade Ⅲ , grade Ⅳ , was positively correlated with QTd and JTd, namely, the higher the grade of cardiac pumping function, the greater the value of QTd and JTd (r were 0.99 and 0.95 respectively).
