摘要:
为了寻找阳性率高的药物负荷试验, 作者对冠心病(CAD) 组和可疑CAD 组共51例患者, 进行多巴酚丁胺(DOB)和潘生丁(PER)负荷试验各1次, 比较DOB 和PER负荷试验的阳性率。结果: DOB与PER负荷试验对血压的影响无显著差异, 但在心率、心律、心电图ST-T 改变及主诉不适等有显著差异。DOB和PER负荷试验的阳性率在CAD 组分别为76.9% 和53.8% , 可疑CAD 组分别为26.3% 和15.8%。DOB试验的阳性率显著优于PER 试验, 更接近运动试验。
Abstract:
Aiming at persuing a higher positive rate in pharmacologic stress imaging, the authors made a comparative study between dobutamine(DOB)and persentine(PER)tests, in which 51 patients with either coronary artery disease (CAD) or suspected CAD were tested and the results were compared. It was found that between the DOB and PER tests, there were signicant differences in heart rate,rhythm ,ST-T segment of electrocardiogram as well as in the patient s′complains, but not in the changes of blood pressure exerted by the tests. The positive rates of DOB and PER in the group of CAD patients were 76.9% and 53.8% respectively; where as those in the group of suspected CAD patients were 26.3% and 15.8% respectively. The positive rate of DOB is hiqher than that of PER and the DOB test works more approximately up to exercise test.
