用逐级负荷踏车试验对24例正常人(男19例, 女5例) 和11例心肌缺血患者(男) 进行运动心肺功能的测定, 结果表明: 最大摄氧量、相对最大摄氧量、最大氧脉搏、最大心率、最大通气量受性别、年龄、体力活动影响。心肌缺血患者和正常人的心肺功能指标在静息下与无氧阈时两组无明显差异。而随着运动负荷的增加, 当出现无氧阈时, 心肌缺血组的摄氧量、相对摄氧量及通气量均低于正常组, 两组有显著差异。而在极量负荷时, 心肌缺血组的最大摄氧量、相对最大摄氧量、最大氧脉搏和最大通气量均低于正常组, 并有显著差异。因此运动负荷试验是临床上评估心肺功能非常有用的方法。
Abstract:
Cardio-pulmonary functions during execise in 24 normal persons and 11 patients with myocardial ischemia were measured through stepped pedaling test. The results showed that the maximal oxygen intake(Vo2max) , the relative maximal oxygen intake(Vo2max/kg) , the maximal oxygen pulse (Vo2max/HR) , the maximal heart rate (HRmax) , the maximal voluntary ventilation(VEmax) were affected by such factors as sex, age and physical movement of the persons tested.There was no significant difference in cardiopulmonary function between the normal and myocardial ischemia groups at rest. With increasing exercise, the Vo2, Vo2/kg, VE of the patient group were lower than those of the normal group at anaerobic threshold (P < 0.05). The Vo2max ,Vo2max/kg,Vo2max/HR,VEmax of the patient group were lower than those of the normal group at maximal exercise(P <0.05).Therefore exercise test can be a very useful clinical method in the assessment of cardiopulmonary function.
