摘要:
动态观测25只家兔门静脉阻断(PVO) 和再开放(PVR)时左心室功能的变化。实验显示, PVO期间心输出量(CO)、左室内压峰值(LVSP)、左室舒张末期压力(LVEDP) 及左室内压上升、下降最大速率(±dp/dtmax) 均较PVO 前明显下降, 并随阻断时间延长而加重, PVR后部分指标不能恢复至阻断前水平。表明急性门脉阻断对左心室功能有一定的影响。
Abstract:
Changes in the cardiac function in the left ventricle during portal vein occlusion (PVO)and release (PVR) were dynamically observed in 25 rabbits. The exprimental results showed that during PVO the cardiac output(CO) , the left intraventricular summit pressure (LVSP) , the left ventricular end diastolic pressure (LVEDP) and the left ventricular±dp/dtmaxall significantly decreased with the prolongation of the occlusion time, some of which could not be restored to the level of preocclusion after PVR. It is suggested that acute PVO has certain influence on the left ventricular function.
