摘要:
4322例从出生到85岁健康人心电图T波纵向研究, 表明心电图T波有显著的年龄和性别差异。从出生到85 岁高龄T波电轴变化,由出生时的左前→右前→ (再)左前→左后→ (再) 左前象限。生儿T波振幅最小,儿童最大, 60岁以上高龄人T波振幅低于青壮年人。T波振幅男大于女在5岁后较明显,男女T波振幅差值胸前导联大于肢导联, 在胸前导联男性T波振幅一般是女性的115倍~2.0 倍。
Abstract:
The electrocardiographic T-waves of 4322 healthy subjects from birth to 85 years of age were longitudinally studied, which showed that the T-waves varied markedly with age and sex. From birth to eigh t-decade the Taxes underwent some shifts which are the left anterior→the right anterior→(again)the left anterior→the left posterior→(again)the left anterior quadrants in the transverse plane.The T-wave amplitude was the smallest in the newborn and was the largest in children. The T-wave amplitude is smaller in those over sixty years of age than in the young and middle aged adults.The T-wave amplitude was larger in male than in female,which was manifest after age of 5 years. The difference in T-wave amplitude between male and female is greater in precardial-lead than in limb-lead. The T-wave amplitude in precardial-lead of male is1.5~2.0 times that of female.
