应用多普勒超声心动图对42例未经治疗无甲亢性心脏病的早期Graves病患者(A组)、21例伴甲亢性心脏病的晚期Graves病患者(B组)以及45例正常对照者(C组),检测其左心室射血力(F);同时测定EF,FS,SV,CO及CI等M型超声心动图左室收缩功能参数。结果显示,A组的F及其他参数均高于C组, 而B组各项参数均降低。多因素逐步回归分析表明, 与F相关的最重要变量是EF,其次为CI。本组资料提示, Graves病早期左室收缩功能增强而晚期减弱可能是此病的病理生理特征之一。F可作为评价Graves病患者左室收缩功能的较好参数。
Abstract:
The left ventricular(LV)ejection forces(F)were determined by Doppler echocardiography in 42 patients with early Graves disesae(GD)without hyperthyroid heart(group A,early hyperthyroidism) ,21 GD cases with hyperthyroid heart(group B,late hyperthyroidism) and 45 normal controls (group C).The other LV systolic parameters, such as EF,FS,SV,CO and CI were also measured by M-mode echocardiography. The results showed that F and other parameters of group A were higher than group C,whereas these parameters were lower in group B.Multifactor stepwise regression analysis showed that EF was the most important variable positively correlated with F, followed by CI. This data indicates that the early intensification and late decrease of LV systolic function might be one of the characters of pathophysiology in GD.F is a new better parameter for evaluating LV systolic function of GD patients.
