摘要:
目的 在大鼠 30 %总体表面积 (TBSA) 度烫伤后 ,作者观察了山莨菪碱 (Anisodam ine,Ani)对心肌和红细胞的保护作用。方法 清醒大鼠背部用 80 g· L- 1 硫化钠按 30 % TBSA脱毛 ,2 4h后 ,固定于大鼠烫伤架上 ,脱毛区浸入 10 0℃水中 12 s造成 度烫伤。结果 大鼠烫伤后给予 Ani1,5 ,10 m g· kg- 1 ,ip,能显著降低烫伤后心肌细胞内 CK,L DH释放和心肌组织内丙二醛 (MDA)生成 ,保护心肌内超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性 ,抑制磷脂酶 A2(PL A2 )激活 ,同时 ,明显降低大鼠烫伤后血浆游离血红蛋白浓度 ,抑制红细胞脆性和红细胞异形率的升高 ,减少血浆 MDA浓度, 增加SOD 活性, 抑制PLA 2 活性。结论 Ani 可能通过抗脂质过氧化和降低PLA 2 活性而发挥膜稳定作用, 对烫伤大鼠心肌和红细胞起到保护作用。
Abstract:
AIM Protective effect of anisodamine(Ani) on myocardium and erythrocytein postburn rats. METHODS The rats were inflicted with burn (in 100℃ water 12 s) of Ⅲ degree on 30% total body surface area (TBSA) . RESULTS Ani 1,5,10 mg·kg -1 , ip after burn injury. It was found that Ani significantly decreased the release of CK, LDH and MDA content on myocardium , inhibited PLA 2 activity and increased SOD activity. simultaneity, decreased plasma free haemoglobin content, RBC fragility and erythrocyte abnormal morphologic rate in burned were markedly lowered by Ani, which also discreased the level of serum MDA and enhanced the activity of SOD. CONCLUSION These results indicated that the protective mechanism of Ani on myocardium and erythrocyte after burn injury might be related to membrane stabilization through antilipid peroxidation and PLA2 activity inhibition.
