摘要:
急性心肌梗死后左心室重构是近年来冠心病研究领域中比较热门的话题。本文阐述了左心室重构的概念，从生理、病理、解剖及组织学角度较详细地说明了心室重构的发生过程，提出较为合理的B超诊断标准，并陈述了室壁瘤、心脏破裂、心律失常、心功能不全等关于心室重构愈后和临床的问题。此外，还说明了心室重构的概念目前已不仅局限于心肌梗死，并就心室重构的治疗问题进行了较为详尽的综述。
