摘要:
目的 建立能模拟心肌延迟整流钾电流Ik 的数学模型。方法 用计算机重建技术实现动力学机制的模拟。结果 重建了心肌延迟整流钾电流Ik 的通道电流、开关因子动态过程及I2V 曲线。结论 该模型能有效模拟心肌延迟整流钾电流的动力学机制。
Abstract:
AIM To develop a mathematical model for simulating cardiac delay rectifier K + current. METHODS The computer reconstruction was used to simulate the kinetics. RESUITS Cardiac delay rectifier K + current, kinetic process of open close factors and current voltage curve were reconstructed. CONCLUSION The developed model was an effective means to simulate the kinetics of cardiac delay rectifier K + current.
