摘要:
目的 观察ER两个亚型α和β在大鼠和兔血管的表达。方法 应用种属特异性抗体(兔抗大鼠ER α和羊抗大鼠ER β抗体)进行免疫组织化学染色。结果 ERα和ERβ免疫反应阳性物质位于细胞核内,阳性细胞主要分布于血管内膜、外膜及肌层。结论 在大鼠和兔血管分布有ERα和ERβ免疫反应阳性细胞,提示两者在介导雌激素的作用中有重要功能。
Abstract:
AIM To study the distribution of estrogen receptor α and β in the blood vessel of rats and rabbits. METHODS The immuno-histochemical technique was used. RESULTS ER α-immunoreactive(ir) and ER β-ir production was shown in the nucleus. ER α-ir cells are seen in the intima, media and tunica adventitia of blood vessel. ER β-ir are dispersed in the intima and tunica adventitia of rabbit and rat. CONCLUSIONS The two subtypes of estrogen receptor are distributed in the blood vessel of rats and rabbits. It suggests that they play impontant role in mediating the effect of estrogen in the blood vessel.
