摘要:
目的 观察急性心肌梗死后心室结构的主要变化及心肌局部血管紧张素 (Ang )和羟脯氨酸 (HP)含量的变化 ,并观察黄芪的治疗作用。方法 全部实验用兔 6 0只 ,分 3组 ,第 1组 2 0只作对照 ,第 2组 2 0只制备心肌梗死模型 ,第 3组 2 0只用黄芪治疗。于术后第 6周处死动物 ,用精确天平及精密卡尺直接测量左室重量、全心重量及梗死区、游离壁和室间隔厚度。采集标本 ,检测梗死区、游离壁及正常兔心肌 Ang 和 HP含量。结果 梗死后全心重量及左室重量均增加 ,差异显著 ,室间隔及游离壁厚度增加 ,梗死区室壁变薄 ,差异显著 ;心肌梗死后心肌局部Ang 含量显著增加 ;梗死区 HP含量显著增加 ,而游离壁的含量略有增加 ;经黄芪治疗后左室重量和全心重量均下降 ,其中全心重量尚未恢复正常 ;心肌 Ang 含量明显下降 ,梗死区 HP含量略有下降。结论 心肌梗死后心室构型发生明显变化 ,Ang 和 HP参与左室重构 ,黄芪有一定的治疗作用。
Abstract:
Objective Observe the main changes of ventricular changes and the content of Angiotensin Ⅱ(AngⅡ),Hydroxyproline(HP) in local myocardium after myocardial infarction,study the theraputic effects of Radix Astragali on left ventricular remodeling. Methods 60 rabbits were randomized into three groups:normal group (n=20),experimental AMI control group (n=20) and AMI Radix Astragali treated group(n=20). All animals were killed in the sixth week after coronary ligation. Left ventricular mass,thickness of infarcted and non-infarcted zone were directly measured. The content of Ang II and HP in local myocardium was also measured. Result The LV mass was increased (P< 0.05), infarcted zone became thinner (P<0.01), non-infarcted zone became thicker (P<0.01), the content of Ang II and HP were increased, All these were improved in the Radix Astragali-treated group. Conclusion The structural changes af ter myocardial infarction were remarkable, Ang II and in terstitial matrix play an importent role in these changes. Radix Astragali can attenuate left ventricular remodeling.
