摘要:
目的 观察不同途径、不同浓度、不同剂量乙醇对家兔血压、心率和微血管的影响。方法 家兔18只,平均分为3组,A组从静脉注入950 ml/L乙醇,B组注入450 ml/L,C组以500 ml/L浓度经胃给予。三组都分别按每公斤体重0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0 g计算给药量,并在每次给药后都观察血压、心率、眼结膜微血管口径及其血流速度。结果 A组随乙醇量增加而血压降低,心率减慢,眼结膜微血管口径变大,血流速度变慢;B组随乙醇量增加血压先稍升高后降低,心率减慢,眼结膜微血管口径变大和血流速度减慢;C组随乙醇量增加血压先升高,达2.0 g/kg时变为降低,心率加快,眼结膜微血管口径变大和血流变慢。结论 不管高浓度或低浓度,不管静注或灌胃,当乙醇量达到一定程度时对心血管系统都有明显的影响。
Abstract:
We divided the rabbits into three groups. The first group was continually intravenously injected with 950 ml/L ethanol at a dosage of 0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0 g/kg,the second group was dealed with 450 ml/L ethanol as the first group. The third group was continually intragastrically administered with 500 ml/L ethanol at dosage of 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0 g/kg. The following is the results of the experiment. In the first group, the accumulated quantity of ethanol accompanied with that rabbits blood pressure and heart rate reduced and that vas bore of conjunctiva microvessel expanded and the speed of blood stream slowed down. In the second group,when the quantity of ethanol was accumulating injected into the rabbits,its heart rate reduced,its vas bore of conjunctiva microvessel expanded and the speed of blood stream slowed down,but,its blood pressure slightly stepped up in initial stage,then reduced. In the third group, when the ethanol was accumulating administered into rabbits,its blood pressure slightly stepped up,but when the quantity of ethanol was 2.0 g/kg,the blood pressure reduced,and in the whole process,rabbit′s heart rate speeded up and vas bore of microvessel expanded and the speed of blood stream slowed down. The results of the experiment showed that whether high concentration or low concentration and whether intravenously injection or intragastrically administered,the effect of ethanol on cardiovascular system is same,provided that the amount of ethanol achieved a special quantity. But the effect is slightly different in the case of different way of administered ethanol.
