目的 研究冠状动脉内直接注射硝基甘油抑制PTCA术后血小板的活 化。方法 应用放 免法测定38例稳定心绞痛患者PTCA前后血小板膜表面α-颗粒膜蛋白(GMP-140)分子数和 血 浆血栓素B2(TxB2)、血浆6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-Keto-PGF1α)浓度, 以及血小板衍化生长因子(PDGF)和血小板聚集 率。结果 冠脉内直接注射硝基甘油的患者PTCA前后上述指标无明显变化,而 未用药的患 者PTCA术后5 min血小板膜表面GMP-140及血浆TxB2,PDGF和血小板聚集率均明显增高,术 后1 0 min达到高峰,30 min降至正常。结论 冠脉内直接注射硝基甘油可以抑制PTC A术后血小板的活化。
Abstract:
AIM To study effect of direct intra-coronary injection of nitr o glycerin on platelet activation after percutaneous transluminal coronary angiopl asty(PTCA). METHODS Number of platelet α granule membrane protein- 140 (GMP-140) and plasma concentration of thromboxane B2 (TxB2) and 6-keto -prostaglandinF1α(6-keto-PGF1α) were determined by radioimmunoa ssay before and after PTCA in 38 patients with stable angina pectoris. Platelet derived growth factor(PDGF) and platelet aggregatio n rate were also determined. RESULTS In patients without receiving nitroglycerin, platelet GMP-140,plasma concentration of TxB2, PDGF and plate let aggregation rate increased significantly 5 min after PTCA;which reached peak value t en min after PTCA and decreased to normal level 30 min after PTCA. But in patients having received direct intra-coronary injection of nitroglycerin, the s e values did not change before and after PTCA. CONCLUSION Platelet ac tivation oc cures after PTCA,which can be inhibited by direct intra-coranary injection of nitroglycerin.
