白细胞介素-6(IL-6)是一种多功能细胞因子,IL-6及其受体参与了充血性心力衰竭的发生发展,因此具有抗IL-6作用和(或)抑制IL-6产生的治疗可能是未来预防和治疗充血性心力衰竭的方向之一。
