摘要:
目的 观测毫米渡与 射线复合辐照后小鼠心、脑及肺脂质过耗化橱(LPO)、答胱甘肚(GSH)和超氧歧化酶(SOD)的变化。方法 采用 ℃ — 射线照射小鼠后(全身照射.1欢.剂量为620 cGy).复合毫米谀局部照射小鼠背部皮肤(糍率为36.11 GHz.功率密度为10 mW ·cm- .照射范围2 cm×2 cm .每天1次.每次30 rain.连续5 d);干复合照后第8天检测小鼠心、脑、肺组织中LPO。SOD和GSH的古量.结果 ①毫米波单照组小鼠脑、肺LPO的古量较正常对照组明显增高(P<0.05)I 射线单照组和复合照射组各组织LPO的古量与正常对照组相比均有增高的趋势。@复台照射组和 射线单照组心脏GSH的古量均鞍正常对照组明显降低(P<0.01)I毫米波单照组心脏GSH的古量也降低.与正常对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。@ 射线单照组肺SO D的活性鞍正常对照组有降低趋势.复合照射组则较正常对照组有增高趋势.与正常对照组相比差异不显著。结论 复合毫米波局部照射及毫米波单纯照射可引起小鼠远位脏器LFO和GSH水平的改变。
Abstract:
AIM To study the effects of millimeter microwave and Co一7 radiation on Lipid perox—ides(I PO),Glwtathiore(GSH)and Superoxide dismutase(SOD)contents in heart,brain and lungs of mice.METHODS Co 一7 radiation at 620 cGy was used only 0I1ce,and millimeter mi—crowave at frequency 36.11 GHz,power density 10 mW ·cm once per day for five days WaSused on the 2 em×2 cm parts of mice back.On the eigh/h day,the LPO,S0D and GSH contents of heart,brain and lungs were measured.RESULTS ①LPO contents of brain and lungs were raised intensively than the control group after millimeter microwave radiation.And LP0 content of each tissue showed the same increasingly trend in 7 radiation group and combined radiation group.②The heart S GSH content was lowered intensively by millimeter microwave radiation(P<0.05)also and by 7 radiation and combined radiation groups(P<0.01).@SOD content in lung shows lowering trend 7 radiation group but the contrary trend in combined radiation group.CON—CLUSION The contents of LPO and GSH in tissue of mice can be changed by locally millimeter microwave radiation and combined radiation.
