摘要:
目的 探讨射频消融(RFCA)损伤血小板活化的关系。方法 对30倒连续接受RFCA治疗的患者在插管前、电生理标测后、放电后及术后40~48 h,血小板GMP-I40表达情况进行检铡。结果 在标铡后、放电后及术后48 h,血小板活化率依敬明显增高,与插管前基线值比较,均P 0。01.结论 射频消融可撒活血小板而使血凝状态发生改变,射频损伤具有血栓漂性。
Abstract:
AIM To investigate whether the application of radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFCA)might activate platelets.METHODS We made serial determinations of expression of alphagranule membrane protein (GM P-1 40)on the surface of platelets of the activated platelets byflow cytomety before insertion of catheters,after completion of e1ectrophysio1ogic study (EPS)but before RFCA .immediately after RFCA and 40~ 48 h after the procedure in 30 consecutivepatients undergoing RFCA.RESUTLSP The percentage of activated—platelets increased significantly aft6r EPS (P< 0.01),after RFCA (P< 0.01),and 40~ 48h after the procedure (P<0.01)compared with the baseline value.C0NCLUSION RFCA can activate platelets and,resultin the changes of the blood coagulable states.This thromhogenic effect may persist long time.
