摘要:
目的 探讨50岁以下女性冠心病(CHD)的发病特点。方法 48名年龄≤50岁，因“胸痛、胸闷”人院的女性患者．冠状动脉造影后分为冠心病组和对照组，回顾性分析CHD发病的危险因素，临床症状及其冠脉病变特点。结论 50岁以下女性CHD发病的危险因素主要为高血压和CHD家族史；典型心绞痛症状．是此人群CHD发病的一个重要特点；冠脉以单支病变多见，前降支是最易累及的血管。结论 有典型心绞痛症状伴有高血压和／或家族史者，患CHD的可能性增大。
Abstract:
AIM To study the clinical profile of women≤50 years old with coronary heart disease (CHD)．METHODS 48 women aged≤50 years with chest pain were classified into CHD Group and Control Group by coronary angiography．Risk factors，clinical symptoms and the coronary angiographic characteristics were investigated retrospectively． RESULTS The risk factors of women ≤ 50 years old with CHD are hypertension and a family history of CHD．Typical angina pectoris is an important character of such CHD people．Single vessel coronary disease is seen more frequently，and the left anterior descending artery is the most frequently involved vesse1．CONCLUSI0N Those who have typical angina pectoris，as well as hypertension and／or a family history of CHD are more likely to be CHD．
