摘要:
目的 探讨血浆降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)和内皮素 (ET)与高血压病之间关系。方法 放射免疫方法检测 25例正常人和36例高血压病患者降压治疗前后血浆CGRP和ET浓度 ,同时测量高血压病患者血压。结果 1高血压病患者血浆CGRP浓度低于正常人,与平均动脉压呈负相关;ET浓度高于正常人,与平均动脉压呈正相关。2有效降压治疗后 ,高血压病患者血浆 CGRP浓度回升 ,ET浓度下降 ,CGRP/ ET比值明显升高。结论 血浆CGRP和ET浓度失衡可能是高血压病发生的重要原因之一;有效降血压可能与CGRP和ET的变化有关。
Abstract:
AIM To investingate the relationship between the plasma calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP),endothelin (ET) in patient with essential hypertension. METHODS We determined the plasma concentration of CGRP and ET in 25 normotension people and 36 patients with essential hypertension before and after anti hypertension treatment with radioimmunoassay,and measured the blood pressure of essential hypertension patients. RESULTS ①The plasma CGRP concentration in patients with essential hypertension was lower than that in the normotension people, and there was a negative relation ship between it and the mean artery pressure. The plasma ET concentration in patients with essential hypertension was higher than that in the normotension people, and there was a positive relationship between it and the mean artery pressure. ② Af ter effective antihypertension treatment, the plasma CGRP concentration in the hypertensive was elevated, the plasma ET concentration was lowered, and the rate of CGRP/ET was elevated. CONCLUSION The unbalance between plasma CGRP and ET concentration might be an important reason for essential hypertension, and the effective antihypertension treatment migh t regulate the balance between this pair of vasoactive substances.
