摘要:
目的 观察雌激素替代治疗对绝经后冠心病(CHD) 妇女血脂谱和胰岛素抵抗的改善作用。方法 对确诊为CHD 的绝经后妇女, 口服尼尔雌醇2 mg/2 周, 治疗6 个月。分别于治疗前后测定血糖、胰岛素( INS)、性激素结合球蛋白(SHBG)、促卵泡素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、总胆固醇(T-CH)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C) 等, 并计算胰岛素敏感指数(SI)。结果 雌激素替代后, CHD 患者的FSH,LH, T-CH, TG,LDL-C, INS 明显下降; 而E2, SHBG,HDL-C, SI 明显升高。结论 雌激素替代治疗能改善CHD 患者血脂谱紊乱和胰岛素抵抗。
Abstract:
AIM To observe the role of estrogen replacement of improvement of dislipidemia and insulin resistance in postmenopausal women with coronary heart diseases (CHD). METHODS Postmenopausal women who were diagnosed with CHD were included. They were treated with nylestrol 2 mg/2 weeks, and the treatment continued 6 months. The levels of bloodglucose,insulin ( INS ) , sexhormone binding gobulin (SHBG) , follicular stimulating hormone (FSH),luteinhormone (LH) , estrodiol (E2) , total cholesterol (T-CH ) , tryglycerin (TG) , high density lipid cholesterol (HDL-C ) , low density lipid cholesterol (LDL-C ) were measured before and after treatment. RESULTS After treatment, the levels of FSH, LH, T-CH, TG, LDL-C and INS were apparently decreased; while the levels of E2, SHBG, HDL-C, SI were aparently increased. CONCLUSION ERT can improve dislipidemia and insulin resistance in postmenopausal women with CHD.
