摘要:
目的 探讨钠催离与依那普利联用对高血压性心脏病心力衰竭的疗效及安全性。方法 联合用药组给予钠催离2.5mg, 1 次/d , 依那普利5～ 10mg, 2 次/d; 依那普利组(对照组剂量为5～ 10 mg, 2 次/d)。结果 联合用药组有效率88% , 对照组68% , 二者有显著差异(P < 0. 05)。结论 钠催离与依那普利联用对高血压性心脏病心力衰竭安全有效, 降压效果优于单用依那普利。
Abstract:
AIM To study the efficacy and sefety of combind medication of natrilix and enapril in the treatment of heart failure induced by hypertensive heart disease. METHODS For the natrilix and enapril group , the daily dose of natrilix was 2. 5 mg, once a day and that of enapril was 5 mg to 10 mg, twice a day. For the control group , enapril was given 5 mg to 10 mg, twice a day. The above treatments lasted 20 d to 30 d. RESULTS The effective rate for the former group was 88% and that for the latter was 68%. There was a striking difference (P < 0. 05) in effective rate between the two groups. CONCLUSION The combined medication is effective and safe to the treatment of heart failure induced by hypertensive heart disease, and is superior to the solifary use of enapril.
