近年来, 基因多态性与冠心病易感性的研究已成为探讨冠心病病因的热点。而脂蛋白脂酶作为血浆脂质与脂蛋白代谢过程中的关键酶, 其基因多态性与高脂血症及冠心病的发生有密切关联。本文作者就脂蛋白脂酶的功能、脂蛋白脂酶基因结构及其多态性, 以及该基因多态性与血脂水平和冠心病的关系作一综述。
