摘要:
目的 探讨心肌组织中5-羟色胺(5-HT ) 及血管紧张素II (AngII) 含量与心肌肥厚发生的关系。方法 采用腹主动脉缩窄法建立压力超负荷心肌肥厚模型; 腹腔注射甲状腺素法建立体液性心肌肥厚模型; 荧光分光光度法和放射免疫分析法测定5-HT 及AngII含量。结果 压力超负荷和甲状腺素致心肌肥厚大鼠心肌组织中5-HT 含量较对照组显著增加(298±57 vs 428±58 ng.g-1, P<0. 01; 277±47 vs 362±76 ng.g- 1, P<0. 05); 同样, 在两种心肌肥厚大鼠心肌组织中AngII含量也有不同程度的增加(190±75 vs 323±63 pg.g- 1, P < 0. 01; 167±55 vs 278±46 pg.g- 1, P<0. 01)。结论 提示5-HT 及AngII与压力超负荷和体液性因素致心肌肥厚的形成有关。
Abstract:
AIM To study relation ship between cardiac hypertrophy and content of 5-HT and AngII. METHODS The pressure overload hypertrophy and endocrine hypertrophy models of heart were established respectively by clipping aortaor in jecting thyroxine. Radioimmunoassay and fluorimetric assay were used to measure content of 5-HT and AngII in myocardial tissue. RESULTS In pressure overload and thyroxine induced hypertrophy models the content of 5-HT increased significantly (298±57 vs 428±58 ng.g-1, P<0. 01; 277±47 vs 362±76 ng.g-1, P<0.05), the content of AngII also increased in the two models (190±75 vs 323±63 pg.g-1, P<0.01; 167±55 vs 278±46 pg.g-1, P<0. 01). CONCLUSION The content of 5-HT and AngII and myocardial hypertrophy were associated.
