摘要:
目的 探讨高血压病心功能障碍患者二尖瓣血流频谱(MFP) 表现为假正常时, 肺静脉血流频谱(PV FP) 的诊断价值。方法: 采用Doppler 超声心动图检测78例高血压病并有不同程度心功能障碍患者的PVFP 及MFP, 寻找敏感而可靠的指标。结果 MFP 表现为假正常者共23例, PVFP 的检出率分别为: PA d>Ad= 83% , SF<0.55=74% , S/D<1= 65%。结论 高血压心功能障碍患者M FP 表现为假正常时, S/D 比值, SF及PAd- Ad 是评价不同程度心功能障碍较敏感、可靠的指标, 其中PAd> Ad 最为敏感, 可作为鉴别真性与假性正常的可靠指标。
Abstract:
AIM To study the walue of pulmmonary venous flow pattern (PVFP) in essential hypertensive (EH) patients with cardiac in sufficiency (CI) when mitral flow pattern (MFP)showed pseudonormalization. METHODSPV FP and MFP were obtained with HP-2500 multiple functional echocardiograph in 78 clinically diagnosed EH patients with CI. RESULTS There were 23 cases whose MFP showed pseudonormalization. The parameters of PVFP among them were exhibited as : ① PAd> Ad = 83%; ②SF< 0. 55 = 74%; ③S/D < 1 = 65%. CONCLUSION S/D ,SF and PAd-Ad were more sensitive and reliable for the evaluation of CI. PAd> Ad was themost sensitive when MFP showed pseudonormalization.
