摘要:
目的 评价血浆包膜支架在犬冠状动脉内的生物相容性。方法 分别在犬左冠状动脉的回旋支和前降支随机植入1个血浆包膜支架和1个裸支架, 术后3d 和15d (n=4) 扫描电镜观察血小板粘附和血管内膜的内皮化情况,术后1月(n= 5)进行冠脉造影和光镜检查。结果 支架植入术后3d, 血浆包膜支架组和裸支架组的血小板粘附数无显著差异(P>0.05);术后15d, 两组血管内膜均完全被新生内皮细胞覆盖; 术后1月,两组血管的损伤程度相同, 冠脉造影和病理学检查均显示,两组的狭窄程度无区别,血管壁无大量的异物巨细胞聚积。结论 血浆包膜支架具有良好的生物相容性。
Abstract:
AIM To evaluate the biocompatibility of plasma coated stents in normal canine coronary arteries.METHODS Implation of plasma coated and nonoated stents was performed in the canine coronary arteries. The animals were killed after 3 d(n=4),15 d(n=4),1 month(n=5),and the vessels were harvested for scanning electron microscopy,histology,and morphometry.RESULTS Stent thrombosis did not occur in either group and platelet adhesion were similar in both group at 3 d after stenting. At 15 d both the coated and non-coated stents were equally endothelialised. At 1 month there were no difference in intima thickness between the coated and noncoated stents and did not appear to elicit an adverse inflammatory response.CONCLUSION In this animal model the plasma coating showed excellent blood and tissue compatibility.
