摘要:
目的 探讨充血性心力衰竭(CHF) 患者血清可溶性细胞间粘附分子21( sICAM 21) 的水平与CHF 患者心功能状态的关系。方法 采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA ) 检测84 例CHF 患者sICAM 21 水平并与30 例健康人作对照, 通过彩色多普勒超声心动图测定CHF 患者左室射血分数(LVEF 值)。结果 ①CHF 患者sICAM 21 水平(588±152 Lg·L - 1) 较对照组(167±35 Lg·L - 1) 明显升高, 有显著性差异(P < 0. 01)。②sICAM 21 水平随着心功能不全的加重而升高, 心功能? 级患者高于心功能Ⅱ , Ⅱ级患者(P < 0. 05) , ③ LVEF 值和sICAM 21 水平, 两者呈显著的负相关(r=- 0155, P < 0. 01)。结论 sICAM 21 在CHF 的发病机制中起重要作用, sICAM 21 水平可能是CHF 患者心功能程度判定和疗效观察的有价值的检测指标。
Abstract:
AIM To investigate the serum concentration of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (sICAM-1) in patients with congestive heart failure(CHF)and the relationship between sICAM-1 and their cardiac function.METHODS The serum level of sICAM-1 was determined with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in 84 patients with CHF and 30 healthy individuals(control group). Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) in patients with CHF was measured by colour Dopper echocardiography.RESULTS The serum levels of sICAM-1 in patients with CHF were significantly higher than those in controls(P<0.01). The serum levels of sICAM-1 have significant increased with the decrease of heart function. The serum levels of sICAM-1 in classⅣpatients with CHF were higher than those in classⅡandⅢ(P<0.05). Serum levels of sICAM-1 negatively correlated to LVEF (r=-0.55,P<0.01).CONCLUSION sICAM-1 plays an important role in the pathogenesis of CHF. The serum level of sICAM-1 may be important parameter for heart function degree determination and therapy effect observation in patients with CHF.
