摘要:
目的 总结63 例动脉导管未闭(PDA ) 封堵术前后心电图(ECG) 改变。方法 按PDA 直径分为≤0. 5 cm 组(40例) , > 50 cm 组(23 例)。每例均描记术前及术后1 周12 导联ECG 各1 次。观察不同直径PDA 对ECG 的变化, 及介入封堵治疗对ECG 的影响。结果 PDA 直径≤0. 5 cm 儿童与成人ECG 均以无心室肥厚为主; PDA 直径> 0. 5cm , 儿童均有心室肥厚(9/9 ) , 14 岁以上者正常与左室肥厚各占1/2; 封堵治疗术后1 周? 度传导阻滞消失, 1/3 左室肥厚恢复正常, 但V 5,V 6 ST2T 改变加重。结论 PDA 的直径与ECG 表现有关; 封堵治疗短期可使部分左室肥厚恢复正常, 但ST2T 改变加重。
Abstract:
AIM To study the changes of ECG in 63 cases with patent ductus arteries(PDA) before and after transcatheter closure. METHODS Patients were divided according to the diameters of ductus into≤0.5 cm (n=40) and >0.5 cm(n=23) groups respectively. The 12-lead ECG was performed before and one week after the operation.RESULTS:The patients with the diameter of ductus≤0.5 cm did not develop ventricular hypertrophy (VH). While there were VH in all the children and half of the adults in the second group. TheⅠ°atrial-ventricular blockade disappeared one week after transcatheter closure and one third of the patients with left ventricular hypertrophy recovered except those whose ST-T wave changes were deteriorated in V5and V6leads. CONCLUSION The diameters of PDA were associated with ECG changes;The transcatheter closure could restore the VH in a short time,but worsened the ST-T wave changes.
