摘要:
目的 研究全反式维甲酸(ATRA ) 对球囊损伤大鼠腹主动脉内膜增生的影响。方法 制作球囊损伤的大鼠腹主动脉剥脱模型,Wistar 大鼠12 只随机分为①对照组(n= 6) : 腹腔内注射int ralip id (1 m l?d) , ②A TRA 组(n= 6) :腹腔内注射溶解于intralipid 的ATRA (4mg·kg- 1·d- 1)。球囊损伤14 d 后, 损伤区域的血管段用40 g/L 甲醛固定, 然后染色, 进行组织学观察和形态学分析。结果 ATRA 明显减小新生内膜面积, 增加管腔面积。结论 ATRA具有抑制损伤血管内膜增生的作用。
Abstract:
AIM To investigate the effect of all-trans retinoic acid(ATRA) on intimal hyperplasia after balloon withdrawal injury in the rat abdominal artery. METHODS The rat denuded abdominal artery model with balloon withdrawal injury was performed. Twelve Wistar rats were randomly divided into①Control group:intraperitoneal injection of intralipid(1 ml/d);②ATRA group:intraperitoneal injection of ATRA dissolved in intralipid(4 mg·kg-1·d-1). Fourteen days after the balloon withdrawal injury in situ perfusion fixation was performed with 40 g/L methylal and the specimens were obtained. Histologic observations and morphometric analyses were performed.RESULTS ATRA significantly reduced the neointimal area and increased the lumen-area.CONCLUSION ATRA has inhibited intimal hyperplasia of injuried vascula.
