摘要:
目的 探讨心力衰竭(CHF)患者血清中TNF-α,IL-1及IL-6的变化及培哚普利对其水平的影响。方法 采用放射免疫方法检测42例服用培哚普利的CHF患者、42例常规治疗CHF患者治疗前后及30例健康人血清中TNF-α,IL-1及IL-6的水平。结果:①84例CHF患者较健康人血清中TNF-α,IL-1及IL-6显著增高(P<0.01),且随着心功能损害程度加重而升高。②培哚普利组与常规治疗组治疗前后血清中TNF-α,IL-1及IL-6水平有显著性差异(P<0.01),且培哚普利组较常规治疗组治疗后血清中TNF-α,IL-1及IL-6降低更为明显。结论 CHF患者TNF-α,IL-1及IL-6水平与心功能状态密切相关。培哚普利比常规治疗具有较明显降低TNF-α,IL-1及IL-6的水平的作用,可减缓心脏损伤的进程,达到保护和改善CHF患者的心功能。
Abstract:
AIM To investigate the effects of perindopril on cardiac function and serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) ,interleukin -1(IL-1), and interleukin-6(IL-6) in patients with congestive heart failure (CHF).METHODS The levels of serum TNF-α,IL-1 and IL-6 were determined by radioimmunoassay in 84 CHF cases (42 of whom were treated by perindopril and other 42 were treated by conventional treatment) and 30 health cases as control.RESULTS ①The levels of TNF-α,IL-1 and IL-6 in all the 84 CHF cases were much higher than those of the control cases (P<0.01) and increased significantly in CHF cases with the decreased cardiac function.②The levels of TNF-α,IL-1 and IL-6 decreased 2 weeks after the treatment in both perindopril group and conventional group, but the levels after perindopril treatment trended to decrease more significantly than the after conventional group (P<0.01).CONCLUSION It shows the close relationship between cardiac function status and levels of serum TNF-α,IL-1 and IL-6 in patients with CHF. Perindopril may protect and improve cardiac function by decreasing TNF-α,IL-1 and IL-6 levels in patients with CHF.
