摘要:
目的 探讨老年高血压病患者红细胞变形能力(ED)变化与红细胞膜脂质过氧化物(LPO)、血浆补体激活片段(SC5b-9)浓度的关系。方法 采用DXC-300A型核孔膜红细胞变形能力测定仪,硫代巴比妥酸比色法和ELISA法,检测了104例老年高血压病患者红细胞滤过指数(EFI)、红细胞LPO含量和SC5b-9浓度的变化,并与对照组进行比较。结果 老年高血压病患者EFI,LPO,SC5b-9明显增高,与对照组的差异非常显著(P<0.01),且上述各项指标随病情严重程度增加而增高(P<0.01)。EFI与LPO,SC5b-9呈正相关(r=0.673,0.726;P< 0.01)。结论 老年高血压病患者ED降低与红细胞LPO和血浆SC5b-9增高有密切关系。
Abstract:
AIM To explore the changes of the erythrocyte deformability(ED),eryt hrocyte membrane lipid peroxide(LPO) and plasma complement activation composition(SC5b-9) in aged patients with hypertension. METHODS By using erythrocyte deformability apparatus, thiobarturicacid method and ELISA methods,the erythrocyte filtration index( EFI),LPO and SC5b-9 were measured in 104 aged patients with hypertension and 56 controls. RESULTS The EFI,LPO, SC5b-9 were significantly higher in aged patients with hypertension than those in controls (P<0. 01),Remarkable differences of these parameters were found among patients with three stages(P<0.01) and the most obvious increase of the changes was found in stageⅢ. In aged patients with hypertension the EFI was positively correlated with LPO and SC5b-9 (r=0.673,0.726;P< 0.01). CONCLUSION The decrease of ED in aged patients with hypertension was related to the increase of erythrocyte membrane LPO and plasma SC5b-9 concentration.
