摘要:
近年,越来越多的研究结果表明,高密度脂蛋白被氧化修饰是导致动脉粥样硬化(AS)的重要原因。被修饰后的氧化型高密度脂蛋白不仅可以导致内皮细胞代谢和功能的紊乱,还通过影响胆固醇逆转运、炎症反应、基因表达和细胞增殖以及低密度脂蛋白的代谢,促进AS的发生和发展。
