摘要:
近年来发现离子通道在细胞的信号转导、代谢、分泌、增殖、分化和凋亡过程中起重要作用。离子通道之间还能以通道—通道相互作用方式调节通道的功能,通道调控通道的现象同样可能存在于心肌细胞的各种离子通道之间。
