摘要:
目的 研究低强度脉冲电磁场(LPEF)对高脂血症兔血液流变学指标的影响。方法 16只雌性新西兰大耳白兔用高胆固醇饲料饲养8周,建立高脂血症模型兔;之后随机分为2组,正常饲料饲养6周,其中磁场组作用于磁场环境中,暴磁时间为10 h/d,所采用激励磁场的强度为4 Gs(1 T=104Gs)、频率为15 Hz;测定其血液流变学指标。结果 磁场组血液流变学指标明显低于对照组(P<0.05),其中ηb2、ηb1′、ηb2′、A1指标降低最为显著(P<0.01)。结论 LPEF可以提高血液的流动性,改善微循环,有利于高脂血症的治疗.
Abstract:
AIM To study the effects of pulsed electromagnetic fields (LPEF) on the hemorheology of hyperlipemia rabbits. METHODS Sixteen female white big ear rabbits were randomly divided into two groups after eight weeks with hypercholesterolemic diet. The two groups were fed with normal diet six weeks. The magnetic group were fed in 15 Hz pulse electromagnetic fields(4 Gs) during the six weeks (10 h/d). The other group served as control. By examine the parameters of rabbits' blood, the effects of LPEF on the hemorheology were studied. RESULTS LPEF reduced the hematocrit(Hct),plasma viscosity(ηp),whole blood viscosity of high shear rates(ηb1), whole blood viscosity of low shear rates(ηb2),whole blood reduction viscosity of high shear rates(ηb1′) , whole blood reduction viscosity of high shear rates(ηb2′) and the aggregation indexes of RBC (A1)(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:LPEF improves the blood circulation. It is favorable to the treatment of hyperlipemia.
