摘要:
目的 探讨射频消融(RFCA)在治疗儿童室上性心动过速(SVT)中的应用价值。方法 回顾分析唐都院近5年接受RFCA治疗的49例患儿的疗效。结果 房室折返性心动过速(AVRT)38例,占77.6%;其中左侧房室旁路29例,右侧房室旁路9例,房室结折返性心动过速(AVNRT)11例,占22.4%。全部消融成功。术后无1例复发,亦无严重并发症。结论 AVRT和AVNRT是儿童SVT中最常见类型;RFCA是治疗儿童SVT安全、有效的方法。
Abstract:
AIM To investigate the value of using radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFCA) of supraventricular tachycardias (SVT) in children.METHODS To analyze the treatment efficiency of 49 pediatric patients accepting RFCA during the last 5 years.RESULTS: The treatment efficiency of RFCA of SVT was 100%.AVRT type was 38 in 49 cases(77.6%); AVNRT type was 11. Left-side pathway type was 29 cases, right-side pathway type was 9 cases in AVRT.CONCLUSION: AVRT and AVNRT are the common types of SVT in children. Radiofrequency catheter ablation of SVT in pediatric patients is safe and effective.
