摘要:
目的:评价经桡动脉冠状动脉腔内成形术在冠心病应用的可行性。方法:选自1999-03~2002-04行经桡动脉冠状动脉腔内成形术(PTCA)70(男56,女14)例,年龄56.8±8.2岁。结果:共对82处病变实施了PTCA,其中A型病变18处,B型病变31处,C型病变21处;置入支架86枚,其中A型病变22枚,B型病变39枚,C型病变25枚,最短支架为9mm,最长为35mm;最小直径为2.0mm,最大为3.5mm。所有病例均为冠状动脉造影后即刻行PTCA,手术成功率92.9%(65/70),5例未成功。术后未见桡动脉闭塞及血管并发症。结论:经桡动脉PTCA,对患者创伤小,恢复快,是进行PTCA的又一安全、可行的选择途径。
Abstract:
AIM: To evaluate the feasibility of trans-radial coronary angioplasty and stenting in coronary artery disease.METHODS:70 patients were selected to undertake trans-radial coronary angioplasty.The average age of these patients was(56.8±8.2)years,56 patients wasmale,14 female.The right radial arteries were preferred to perform coronary artery angioplasty with Judkins technique.RESULTS:Balloon angioplasty was performed in 82 lesions(18 type A,31 type B,21 type C).86 stents were implanted in 82 lesions(22 type A,39 type B,25 type C).Among the 86 stents the shortest was 9 mm,the longest was 35 mm,the smallest in diameter was 2.0mm,the biggest in diameter was 3.5mm.Procedural success was achieved in 65 patients(92.9%).The procedure failed in 5 patients because guide wires and stents could not pass through chronic occlusive lesions of LAD,LCX and RCA.Access-related complications and occlusion of right radial arteries were not found during hospital stay.COCLUSION:Trans-radial angioplasty and stenting wre both feasible and safe with a low risk of access complications and with excellent procedural success.
