摘要:
目的:观察伊贝沙坦对轻、中度高血压患者降压疗效及心功能的影响。方法:60例轻、中度高血压患者,经2周洗脱期后,每日服用伊贝沙坦150～300mg。治疗8周,观察坐位血压、心率,服药前后超声心动图各指标及实验室检查的变化,记录不良反应。结果:治疗8周后,血压较治疗前有明显下降(P<0.01);超声心动图二尖瓣舒张早期血流峰值(E),二尖瓣舒张晚期血流峰值(A)及E/A比值均有显著差异(P<0.01);实验室检查及心电图无显著性改变(P>0.05)。结论:伊贝沙坦对轻、中度原发性高血压具有良好的降压作用,并且能改善心功能。
Abstract:
AIM: To observe efficacy and the effect on heart functions of irbesartan in patients with mild or moderate essential hypertension.METHODS:Sixty patients with mild to moderate hypertension were treated with irbesartan 150～300 mg/d.For 8 weeks,changes of sitting blood pressure,heart rate,echocardiography and laboratory examination of the patients were observed at baseline and post-treatment.Adverse reactions were recorded.RESULTS:After 8 weeks of treatment,statistical difference was found in sitting blood pressure(P<0.01).Atiral peak filling velocity(A)were all decreased(P<0.01),early peak filling velocity(E) and E/A radio were increased(P< 0.01).There were no statistical differences of heart rate and laboratory examination between baseline and post-treatment.CONCLUSION:Irbesartan was effective in the treatment of mild to moderate essential hypertension,and can improve cardiac function.
