本文简要综述了心肌肌浆网的结构和功能,重点综述钙转运蛋白的结构、功能及其调节和基因表达。
Abstract:
To review the structure and function of myocardial sarcoplasmic reticulum, mainly on the sarcoplasmic reticulum Ca2+-adenosine triphosphatase's structure, function regulation and gene expression.
