摘要:
组织型纤溶酶原激活物(t-PA)和纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂-1(PAI-1)参与附壁血栓形成、细胞外基质(ECM)清除和血管平滑肌细胞(VSMC)迁移和增殖的调节,与血管成形术后再狭窄(RS)的关系密切。
Abstract:
It is widely believed that the development of post angioplastic restenosis (RS) is related to submural thrombosis, migration and proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMC) and extra deposition of extracellular matrix (ECM). Tissue-type plasminogen activator and plasminogen activator inhibitor-1,through playing significant modulating roles in submural thromburalthrombosis deposition of ECM and migrating and proliferating of VSMC, are closely related with RS.
