极化液治疗急性心肌梗死的临床应用研究进展(PDF)

摘要:
早期的极化液(GIK)治疗急性心肌梗死(AMI)的临床试验没有得出确切的结论。近年来的几组前瞻性、随机临床对照试验显示GIK可明显降低AMI患者的病死率。实验研究证明GIK对缺血及再灌注心肌具有明显的保护作用。
