摘要:
目的:探讨冠心病患者血浆内皮素(ET)和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)含量变化及其意义。方法:检测67例冠心病 患者和28例健康体检者(正常对照组)血浆ET和TNF含量。结果:与正常对照组比较冠心病患者血浆ET,TNF 含量显著升高(P<0.01)。且病情越严重,血浆ET和TNF水平越高。结论:血浆ET,TNF含量与冠心病有密切关 系。
Abstract:
AIM:To study the clinical significance of changes in plasma endothelin (ET)and tumor necrosis factor(TNF) levels in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD). METHODS: Tests of ET and TNF in blood plasma were performed in 67 patients with CHD.28 healthy subjects served as mormal controls. RESULTS: plasma ET and TNF levels in the patients were much higher than those in the normal subjects (allP<0.01). Plasma ET and TNF increased with the progressive severity of CHD.CONCLUSION:ET and TNF are as sociated with CHD
